Funeral service is at Pentrebychan Crematorium on Wednesday 29th September 2021 at 1:30 pm.
Seats inside the crematorium chapel are limited to 100.
Family flowers only please but donations in memory of Sylvia are welcome towards Nightingale House Hospice.
